  • I am genuine and authentic in my care. Our work is a partnership between you, your supports, and me. You set the agenda — what we talk about and how we talk about it — and I follow your lead with respect and curiosity. I bring creativity to sessions, weaving in our personalities and interests so the process feels meaningful, engaging, and true to who you are.

  • I am in network with most major insurances. For private pay, I charge $100 per individual session and $160 per couple or family session. I am also willing to discuss what’s called a “sliding scale” agreement.

    The link to Headway will show available financial options for services after you create a profile and enter your insurance information or select a private-pay option. This makes it easy to see in-network providers, estimated copays, out-of-pocket costs, and alternative payment choices so you can pick the best option for your budget and care needs.
